I had such high hopes! I felt this was a great culture of the computer, which is why I bought … someone to teach a computer to learn. But unfortunately this machine so incredibly slow, I got back. When I contacted ASUS for help, they never once tried to help at my call, and twice I was told that a tech would call me back but never did. This is a smooth, nice looking car and has a very nice compact keyboard (mac-looking). Any other computer on my connection is 1000% faster, including a 10-year-laptop less of RAM, hard disk, etc. This thing was the speed of the slowest I've ever met in a computer. I realize that a netbook glorified, but consistent, Browing, uploading, downloading, installing, etc is unbearably slow and mostly useless. After 2 hours of downloading antivirus software, has refused to complete the installation. The Time-outs and again. The installation on disconnected and even after disabling all firewalls and make all connections. After 4 days of trying, I gave up. ASUS does not help and the speed ridiculously slow. Amazon.com now has dependents. Maybe I just a fiasco, but my experience with it was terrible. Unfortunately. I had high hopes. It 'nice looking product and it would seem a great PC for learning, and only exported. But no.
