The new Atom processor is the most recent processor engineered by Intel and has already been used in the latest devices in mobile computing. Just last year it was introduced in the first laptop known as the mini-laptop, netbook, or nettops.

The machine is loaded with hi-tech computing powers and with an Intel Core 2 Duo T9500 processor and two independent Nvidia 8700M GT graphics engines. One can store mammoth amount of data in it, with dual hard drive bays packing a total of 640 GB giving the user a freedom to keep on storing their favorite games on it.

When one gets tired of gaming, the Dolby Home Theater system and 17in WUXGA Full HD display combined with the Blu ray RW drive and TV Tuner make it a splendid home theater system. Besides, the dual mode touch pad on board gives one quick access to multimedia control. Moreover, there are stylish hot keys on the top as well which give the users a real gaming experience.

Since the HP ProBook 4510s is less of a premium-class business laptop and more of a general-purpose workhorse, the design is decidedly basic. Taking a no-nonsense approach to design, the laptop maintains clean lines and a corporate black look and feel. The laptop is decidedly square and boxy with a flat top cover and rounded corners. Utilizing a lightweight plastic chassis to further drive down manufacturing costs, the laptop offers a very comfortable and accurate raised-island or chiclet style keyboard, complete with a numeric keypad. The track-pad is a bit small though but stays out of the way of the keyboard for the most part.
