My wife surprised me by giving me the 1005HA netbook for an early Christmas gift. It surprised me because I have never had so much as a laptop in my life! However, my wife knew how badly I needed a portable computer when I am traveling with my job. I have used the “mini” computer during my last 2 business trips, and I am ready now to provide some feedback.

My first impression of the Asus 1005HA came in 2 parts. Initially I thought to myself,” my gosh this thing is TINY!”It is hard to believe that it weighs barely 3 lbs!Of course, that’s great news for bringing it on planes. I can stuff it in just about any carry on.
